I will accept personal checks and money orders as payment. Animals will be shipped as soon as payment clears with my bank. In the near future, I hope to be set up to accept Pay-Pal and Visa as well.
Shipping
Shipping is done through Fed-Ex. They offer overnight delivery to your door. Most of the time, shipments will arrive by 10:30 am. I guarantee live, healthy arrival as long as someone is home to accept the package. Since I guarantee the health of the animal during shipping, I reserve the right to postpone shipping in the even of extreme temperatures. These details can be discussed and arranged at the time of purchase.
Guarantee/Warranty
In starting this business I have made it my goal to provide healthy, captive bred animals to whoever wants to share in this hobby. I am striving to build a solid reputation based on honest representation and exceptional animals. Any animal that leaves my place will be captive-bred, free from any obvious health defects, and behaving normally. Each animal will be shipped with records showing it’s growth, feed, shed, and defecation patterns for the time that it was in my care. Please realize that when when you purchase an animal from me it will have been thriving in my care for at least three months.
Buying an animal is not a descision that should be made lightly. Research on the husbandry of the animals should be done ahead of time and proper enlosures should be up and running before you take posession of any new pet. I realize that even in the face of my hard work and your thorough research unfortunate circumstances may still arise. For this reason I will make the following guarantee.
1) I guarantee live, healthy arrival of all of my animals. If an animal is not received in good condition notify me immediately. A full refund will be given upon return of the animal and return shipping will be paid by Too Scaley Reptiles.
2) 24 - hour buyer’s remorse period. I would like all of my customers to be satisfied with the animals they purchase from me. Customers may return animals to me within the first 24 hours of purchase for any reason. Upon receiving the animal I will give a full refund. In this instance I must insist that the customer pay for shipping and be responsible for live, healthy arrival.
3) 7-day vet check. I will allow 7 days from the date of delivery for customers to have their animals examined by a vet. If any problem is discovered by any licensed veterinarian, I will refund your money fully upon return of the animal. In this instance I will also pay for return shipping.
If future health or husbandry issues should arise, I encourage you to contact me. I am always happy to troubleshoot issues. If I don’t know the answer to a question or problem, I probably know someone who does.
